Bring new technicians up to speed. With your best people's know-how.
Give every new team member access to the practical explanations your experienced technicians would share. Mira makes that knowledge searchable in your team's languages and turns recorded work into service report drafts.
What does Mira enable wind service teams to do?
Help new technicians become productive sooner without making experienced colleagues repeat every explanation. Mira turns your team's recorded know-how into searchable, multilingual learning material. Technicians can ask questions by voice, check the source and revisit an explanation. Narrated job records also become illustrated report drafts, reducing the work of writing everything up afterwards.
Your best people cannot be everywhere. Their know-how can.
Mira enables in-house O&M teams, independent service providers and manufacturer service crews to share practical expertise, bring new colleagues up to speed and spend less time preparing reports.

Ask your question. Find your team's experience.
Start with the job.
Open the relevant collection and describe the turbine model, component or task. Mira helps you find the procedures, explanations and previous job records your team has made available.
Ask by voice.
Speak your question in the app or through WhatsApp, in your own language. Ask a follow-up when you need more context.
Go straight to the source.
Answers link back to the source material, including the relevant moment in a video. Revisit an experienced colleague's explanation and check which task or situation it covers.
Capture experience once. Put it to work across the team.
Share expertise across languages
An explanation recorded in German can be watched in Polish or Romanian, with translated subtitles and audio. New colleagues can revisit the details in their own language. Use your glossary for component names and technical terms, and have translations reviewed where needed.
Spend less time writing service reports
Record a spoken account of the job using video or a voice note with photos. Mira turns that account into an illustrated report draft, so technicians have less to write from scratch. Review the findings, add the required job details and export to Word, PDF or PowerPoint. Reusable Workbench templates give recurring reports a consistent structure.
Give new starters your best people's explanations
Ask experienced technicians to record what they explain to each new colleague: how to prepare for a task, which details matter and what needs escalating. Build reviewed collections for different tasks and turbine platforms. New starters can revisit them and ask follow-up questions, leaving more of an expert's time for supervised practice and unfamiliar situations.

Questions from wind turbine service teams
How can Mira help new technicians become productive sooner?
Record experienced colleagues' practical explanations and organise reviewed material by task or turbine platform. New starters can revisit it, ask questions and find the source behind an answer. This can reduce repeated introductory explanations. Required training, supervised practice and competency sign-off remain part of your onboarding process.
How do technicians find relevant knowledge without calling an expert?
Organise procedures, explanations and job records into collections for the relevant tasks and turbine platforms. Technicians can search or ask by text or voice. The assistant can be scoped to a collection or a single asset and links answers to the source.
How does Mira reduce the work of writing service reports?
Mira drafts illustrated reports from narrated videos or voice notes with photos. Your team reviews the draft, fills in required job details and exports it as Word, PDF or PowerPoint. Saved Workbench templates can reuse the same reporting structure. Measure preparation and review time together to establish the saving in your workflow.
Can technicians use phones and voice input?
Yes. Technicians can use the mobile app and ask questions by voice. Action cameras and supported smart glasses can capture a narrated account where recording is safe and permitted. Confirm suitable devices, connectivity and audio conditions for your working environment.
Can we use Mira offline?
Tell us about site coverage before rollout. We will confirm how your crew can access the assistant and recordings in those conditions. If offline use is a requirement, include it in the conversation so we can assess the setup before you commit.
Does recorded experience replace an approved work instruction?
No. A record of what happened on a previous job is not automatically an instruction for the next one. Your team determines what can be reused and approves instructional material. Mira provides access to documented knowledge and its sources; it does not establish technician competency or authorise a repair.
Where do our recordings and reports stay?
Mira is hosted in Germany. Full EU data-residency mode keeps processing in the EU too. You control access, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Where could your team gain time?
See Mira using existing industrial examples, then explore a first project for your wind service team. We can focus on bringing new technicians up to speed, finding practical answers or preparing service reports, and agree how to measure the difference.
